Early-booking rates apply to 2027 events secured by 31 December 2026, once event details and booking terms are agreed and the deposit is paid. Standard rates take effect on 1 January 2027. Prices shown are customer totals on the basis that Pitched Up is not VAT registered. Travel is confirmed by postcode in your quote.

A few details
before we tee off.
How much space do we need?
We need a suitable indoor space with safe overhead and surrounding clearance for a full golf swing, power and practical delivery access. Send your venue details and dimensions; we’ll confirm suitability for the final equipment configuration before accepting a booking.
Do guests need to play golf?
No. Our hosted experiences welcome beginners as well as experienced players. Clubs and balls are included, and the host explains how to get started.
How many guests can take part?
Guests take turns on one simulator. We’ll recommend a format once we know your guest numbers and playing time, so the experience fits your event.
Where do you travel?
We focus on Manchester, Cheshire, the High Peak and surrounding areas. We confirm travel costs by venue postcode in your quote.
Is setup included in our playing time?
No. We agree separate installation and collection windows so you receive the full advertised playing time.
Can we add our company branding?
Yes. A customer-branded printed header starts at £195, subject to artwork, production and lead time. Bespoke requirements can be quoted separately.
What happens with self-operated hire?
The Takeover and The Residency include a demonstration and handover to a nominated venue operator. We agree operating arrangements, support and venue suitability before confirming hire.
